Traditional bending

The bending machines available in our department allow bending of both simple and complex pieces of different thickness in a precise and cost- efficient way, always guaranteeing the maximum level of repeatability of the finished product.

To achieve the best results, we use the TruBend 5130 bending machine, with a maximum bending length of up to 3230 mm. This machine achieves high precision thanks to its stress-relief annealed structure, to the reliable 4-cylinder drive technology and to the CNC crowning system. Moreover, thanks to the ACB angle measuring system patented by TRUMPF, the bend angles are always precise, even for the first part in a new series.

Thanks to the use of the TruBend 5130 bending machine, we are able to achieve a wide range of bending operations, obtaining optimum precision right from the first piece, on both long profiles and narrow bending edges, keeping production costs down.
